This Privacy Policy describes how NuMart ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the NuMart Mobile application (the "App").

1. Who This App Is For

The NuMart Mobile App is a business tool for store owners and managers who operate online stores powered by the NuMart platform. The App is not intended for end-consumers.

2. Information We Collect

To provide the App's functionality we collect:

  • Account credentials — your username and password to authenticate against your own NuMart store server.
  • Profile information — your display name and email associated with your store account.
  • Store data you access — orders, products, customers, and analytics that already exist on your NuMart store. This data remains on your own server; the App only displays it.
  • Device push token — if you opt in to notifications, we store a device token to deliver order alerts.
  • Diagnostic data — anonymous crash logs and error reports to keep the App stable.

3. How We Use Information

  • To authenticate you against your store
  • To display your store's data inside the App
  • To deliver push notifications you have enabled
  • To diagnose and fix technical problems

4. Data Storage and Security

All communication between the App and your store server is encrypted using HTTPS. Your credentials are stored only on your device using the operating system's secure keychain. We do not maintain a central database of customer store data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share data with advertising networks. The App connects only to your designated NuMart store server and to push-notification services (Google FCM / Apple APNS) for delivering notifications.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

  • Expo / EAS — for app delivery and updates
  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — for Android push notifications
  • Apple Push Notification Service — for iOS push notifications

These providers may collect device identifiers as required to deliver their service. Refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

7. Your Choices

  • You may sign out at any time from the More menu, which deletes credentials from your device.
  • You may disable push notifications in your device settings.
  • You may request deletion of any data we process about you by contacting support@numart.net.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the latest revision.
